:this court showing that Arlo C.
Nielsen died on January 11, 1952,
in Yakima County, Washington, be-
ing then a resident of said County
and State, and showing that he
left a last will and testament which
was duly probated in the Superior
Court of the State of Washington
in and for the County of Yakima,
and showing that in such foreign
probate the executrix under such
will was appointed and qualified,
and that an inventory and appraise-
-ment was duly returned therein,
and that all the debts of the said
decedent 'have been paid, and
::showing that more than one year
has elapsed since the date of
death of the said decedent, and
• that he died leaving the following
described property in the jurisdic-
tion of this court, to-wit:
An undivided 1-12 interest
. in and to: E½SE~A, Sec. 34,
and N½S½, SOc. 35, in T.
~;.and Lots 8, 9, I0, ii, N½-
SW~A, NW%SE¼, Sec. 3,
T. 55; all N., R. 64 W. 6th
P.M., Crook County, Wyoming;
and showing that all of such prop-
erty interest does not exceed in
value the sum of $400.00, and
praying that the probate proceed-
ings of the said Superior Court
of the State of Washington in and
for the County of Yakima be ad-
mitted in this court as the probate
of the estate of the said decedent,
and further praying that all of
the decedent's above described real
estate interest be set over to the
petitioner as sole heir and devisee
of the decedent pursuant to the
terms of his said last will and
testament; and the petitioner hav-
ing applied to this court for an
order fixing the date for hearing
upon said petflon;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED That
the time ~f hearing upon said
petition be, and is, hereby fixed
at lO:00 o'clock a.m. on February
9, 1953, in the court room of the
court house at Sundance, Crook
Count, Wyoming, on or before
which time any creditors or others
interested in said estate may pre-
sent any objections they may have.*

to be null and void and that said
plaintiff be adjudged and decreed
to be the absolute and unqualified
owner in fee simple of all of said
lands and premises and entitled
to the ex'clusive possession thereof,
and that the title of the plaintiff
be forever quieted against you,
and each of you, and that you be
~xcluded from any interest in
said premises; and that the unre-
leased real estate mortgages de-
scribed in said petition to which
reference is hereby made for a
complete description thereof be
cancelled, discharged and released
of record; and further praying
that the court in its decree find
and determine the time of the
death of Maurice Moore, husband
of Evelyn Moore, and further find
and determine the time of death
of Ulick Moore, Evelyn Moore and
Mabel Stratford Handcock, and
each of them, and find and deter-
mine that upon the death of the
said Mabel Stratford Handcock,
deceased~that the life estate own-
ed by her in and to a portion of
said premises as more particularly
described in said petition, to which
reference is hereby made, termin-
ated and ended, and that thereupon
title and ownership thereto passed
to and vested in plaintiff, and that
plaintiff now owns fee simple title
to said lands without claim of de-
fendants, or any of them.
You are further notified that
unless you file an amswer in said
action on or before the 14th day
of March, 1953, the said petition
will be taken as true and judg-
ment will be rendered in accord-
ance with the prayer thereof.
