And they are still trying to create a world that is not qu.ite real. (~bviosly, this is not a healthy situation mentally and it also can create a great strain on one's physical health as well. Over the years, we have remov- ed the hard fact of dea.th from the American home, and nearly from ,the American church, to the point where it has become easy for nearly all of us ,to deny it. Bereaved persons need our help in expressing bheir grief. Compli- menting them on the "strength" may not be helping them at all. Friday, Feb. 27 - Tuna salad sandwiches, lettuce salad, apple crisp, milk. Sand Creek Make & Bake Extension Club February Meeting The Sand Creek Make & Bake E~.tension Clu~b met February 12, at the home of Mrs. Bruno van Lin~bach. There were ten mem- bers present. ,Correspondence ~vas read in regard .to the ,possibility of spon- soring the Defensive Driving Course for the Sundance High School seniors. It was reported that Mrs. Al- bert Sloan had run an audio-me- ter ,test on the Spearfish first graders. We received thank yo~ notes from ,the two Beulah area service- men to whom we had sent Christ- mas packages. It was called to our atten.tion that Women's Institute will be held March 3 in Sundance. After .the business meeting, the program, ~hich was entitled "Sometl~ing ~.or Nothing" was presented by Mrs. Bruno van Limbach. She gave us many worth~rhile ~ointers on home fur- n, ishings and decoratirtg. Our next meeting ~vill ,be held March .12 at the home of Mrs. Terry Cockrell, when she will present the ~program en.titled "Cooking Wild Game." In Wyoming there is a special winter fishing season during Dec- ember, January and February in the following wa.ters of Fre- mont County: Ocean ,Lake, Pilot ,Butte Reservoir, Ring Lake, Tor- rey Lake and Bwysen Reservoir.
