CHATTEL MORTGAGE
Whereas, default has been made
in the conditions of that certain
chattel mortgage dated the 29th
day of March, 1952, executed by
Lowell Golf, mortgagor, to Bank
of Belle Fourehe, a corporation,
'in Belle Fourche, South Dakota,
mortagee, upon the personal
property or chattels hereinafter
described, and which said chattel
mortgage was thereafter filed for
record in the office of the Coun-
ty Clerk and Ex-Officio Register
of Deeds of Crook County, Wyo-
ming, in chattel mortgage file no.
52361 at the hour of 9:00 o'clock
a.m., on April 14, 1952, ~and the
amount claimed to be due on
said mortgage on the date of this
notice is the sum of $1,083.54~
Now, therefore, notice is hereby
given that by virtue of the power
of sale contained in said mortgage
rand m pursuance: of the statute in
such case made and provided, the
said mortgage will be foreclosed
by sale of the mortgaged chattel
therein and hereinafter described,
at public auction for cash in view
of said property at the back door
of the court house in the Town
of Sundance, Crook County, Wyo-
ming, on the 27th day of March,
1953 at the hour of 11 o'clock in
the forenoon of said day for the
purpose of satisfying the amount
claimed to be due as herein men-
tioned, with expenses of sale. The
said personal property described
in said chattel mortgage which is
to be sold at the sale aforesaid is
described as follows, to-wit:

at the time of her conveyance,
but was entitled to have the same
set aside to her as her homestead
exemption; that said lands do not
exceed in value the homestead
exemption provided by law; and
that the petitioners are the suc-
cessors in interest and title of
the said surviving widow and are
entitled to have the said lands
set over to them as the home-
stead exemption of said widow;
and praying that the said lands,
