[District Court] Conan Zane Williams was found guilty of direct contempt of court, a misdemeanor in that he refused to answer as a witness. Williams will be incarcerated in Crook County Detention Center for a period of 30 days and be fined $200. Phillip DeWayne Cotney shall be incarcerated for not less than two years and not more than five years in a State penal institution. Cotney shall receive 50 days credit for previously served th, ne.
