By Nonna Bernd Telephone AT 3-2431 Mrs. Ada Ernest Celebrates 87th Birthday at Family Dinner Mrs. Ada A~ Ernest was the honored guest March 25 at a family dinner held at her home in honor of her 87th birthday. An Easter lily flanked by turquoise tapers centered the table. Attending the dinner were Mr. and Mrs. Morgan Smith of Miles- vllle, S. D.; Mrs. Duane Smith and sons, Ernest and Arthur, and daughter, Lynn, of Black Hawk S. D.; Mr. and Mrs. Fred Case and daughter of Belle Fourche, Mrs. Velma Case and the honored guest. Open house was held from 2 to 7:30 p.m. with many friends call- ing on Mrs. Ernest. Jayne He|de.James B. KnoX, "Jr. Exchange Wedding Vows The St. James Episcopal church in Belle Fourche, Saturday was the scene of the wedding of Jayne! Hejde, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Hejde of Belle Fourche, and James B. Knox, Jr., son of Mrs. James B. Knox, St. of Denver, Colo. . White carnations and snapdrag- ors adorned the altar for the 10 a-L single-ring ceremony, p~- formed by the Rev. Stuart Frazier. Mrs. Boyd Glin~ler .of Rapid City was organist with Mrs. Ray Hejde of Aladdin singing the vocal selec- tions. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore an ice blue, prin- cess, silk and lace, street-length dress with a pearl choker and car- ried a white prayer book with a white orchid and streamers. Mrs. Larry Ross of Aladdin, cousin of the bride, was matron of honor. William Hammond of Denver, a fraternity brother of the groom, served as best man.
