dated April 28, 1975, be-
tween the State of Wyoming,
acting through said Commis-
sion, and E.L. Lien & Sons
Inc. (South Dakota Corpora-
tion) the Contractor, on
Highway Project No. 1-90-4
{50)189 consisting of minor
grading and draining, port-
land cement concrete pave-
ment surfacing and miscel-
lane)us work on four lane
divided interstate highway
between Sundance and the
South Dakota State line for
the east Sundance Inter-
change east 4.894 miles.
Crook County, Wyoming and
the Contractor is entitled to
final settlement therefor;
that the Superintendent of
the State Highway Depart-
ment will cause said Con-
tractor to be paid the full
amount due them under said
contract on June 1, 1977.
