The coupon will be printed on the back of the May utility bills. Garbage customers are required to use this coupon at their convenience any time before June 30, 2015. He asked for permission for maintenance crew to work four ten hour days during the summer months. He also reported on the bid for a new city pickup. The city crew has been working this last month fixing and replacing water meters. The city is still looking for a summer mower/ transfer station employee. City Engineer Karla Greaser gave her monthly report. Clerk Treasurer Kathy Lenz discussed the City Logo and budget with the Council. She also informed the Council that Green Mountain Estates has hired Evergreen Management Services, Inc for management services. Vicki Schommer will continue to be the building manager. City Attorney Kara EIIsbury reported on the Government Valley Road.
