as completed according to plans,
specifications and rules governing the
same, the work performed under that
certain contract dated 11 November,
2009, between the City of Sundance.
Wyoming, and Ladner Excavating &
Trenchinq, LLC., 11541 Ridley Road,
St. Onge. SD 57779. the Contractor,
for construction of the City of Sun-
dance's 1-90 Service Road Sanitary
Sewerline. and the Contractor is
entitled to final payment therefor: that
the City of Sundance will cause said
Contractor to be paid the full amount
due to them under said contract upon
the 41 day after the date of the first
publication.
The date of the first publication of this
notice shall be 10 June 2010. The date
for payment of the final settlement shall
