Dahl, husband and wife, to Sundance State Bank, to secure the payment of a Promissory Note in the amount of $55,500.00 of even date therewith, which Mortgage embraced the following-described real property: Lot l of Block 2 in Vista West SubdNislon # I, Crook County, Wyoming. Stottern and Patricia M.
