NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE
Default having occurred on that certain Mortgage dated January 15,
1980, given by Rodney A. Dahl and Cynthia L. Dahl, husband and wife,
to Sundance State Bank, to secure the payment of a Promissory Note in
the amount of $55,500.00 of even date therewith, which Mortgage
embraced the following-described real property:
Lot l of Block 2 in Vista West SubdNislon # I, Crook
County, Wyoming. (also known as #8 Vista Lane,
Sundance, Wyoming)
which Mortgage was duly recorded on January 23, 1980 in Book 174 of
Photos at Page 17; and re-recorded on February 25, 1980 in Book 174
of Photos at Page 399; and further re-recorded on March 25, 1980 in
Book 175 of Photos at Page 26, all in the Office of the County Clerk of
Crook County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, said Mortgage was subsequently assigned to Wyoming
Community Development Authority by an Assignment of Mortgage
dated January 24, 1980 and recorded on January 24, 1980 in Book 174
of Photos at Page 39; and re-recorded on April I, 1980 in Book 175 of
Photos at Page 170; and further re-recorded on May 2, 1980 in Book 175
of Photos at Page 597, all in the Office of the County Clerk of Crook
County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the subject property was subsequently conveyed to Robert
H. Stottern and Patricia M. Stottern, husband and wife, by Warranty
Deed dated May 5, 1983 and recorded on May 15, 1985 in Book 233 of
Photos at Page 259, in the Office of the County Clerk of Crook County,
Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the default has occurred by reason of the failure of the
Mortgagors to pay the principal and interest due thereon when the same
became due and payable, and other defaults of performance under the
terms of the Mortgage and the Promlssory Note secured thereby, and the
Mortgage providing that the entire balance will become due at the option
of the Mortgagee or its assignees upon default, and the Assignee hereby
electing to declare the entire debt secured thereby to be due a4nd payable
as provided by law: and
WHEREAS, an Order Granting Relief from Automatic Stay was entered
by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Wyoming on
June 9, 1993 in the bankruptcy proceeding relating to Robert Harry
Stottern and Patricia Marie Stottern, Case No. 92-20847 HLM, which
Order allows Wyoming Community Development Authority to foreclose
its security interest in the above-described property; and
WHEREAS, no suit or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover
the debt remaining secured by said Mortgage or any part thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above-
described real property will be offered for sale and sold by the Sheriff'of
Crook County, or his deputy, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at
public vendue, at the hour of I0:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the
Sheriffcan conduct the sale, on July 28, 1993; that the amount due and
owing at the date of this Notice is $47,117.10, (unpaid principal,
