NOTICE AND INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDER8 I. Proposals for the construc- tion, with materials furnished by the Trl-~ounty Electric Associa- tion, Inc. (hereinafter called the "Owner") of a rural electric dis- tribution 9reject to be financed 2~ursuant to a Loan Contract be- tween the Owner and the United States of America acting through "the Administrator of the Rural Electrification A d m i n is tratlon (hereinafter called the "A, drnln- tstrator") and to be known as Project Wyoming 25 A. B. Crook, ~ectlon II, Part I, which is to he part of the ,System known as Wyoming 25 Crook, will be re- ceived by the Owner on or before 10 o'clock, A. M. Mountain Standard Time, July 30, 1948, at its office, at Sundance, Wyoming, at which time and place the pro- posals 'will be publicly opened and read. 2. The Project will %e approx- imately 270 miles in length, and located in Campbell, Crook and Weston Counties, in the State of Wyoming, all as more fully described in the Plans and Speci- fications and Construction Draw- ings therefor hereinafter referred tO. 3. The Plans, Specifications and Construction Draw~ings together avith all necessary forms and o~h- er document~ for bidders may be c~bt~ined f~m the Owner, or from the Engineer H. S. Nixon :Engineering Com~pany at the ]at- ter's office at No. 306 W. O. W. Bldg., Omaha 2, Nebraska upon :payment of twenty-five ($25), all of which will ibe refunded to ~ach ~bona fide bidder within ten (10) days after the bid opening. The Plane, Specifications and Con- struction Drawings may be exam- ined at the office of the Owner or at the office o5 the Engineer. A copy of the Loan Contract may be examined at the office of the Owner. Each set of Plans, Spec- ifications and Construction Draw- ings vrlll have a serial number, given ~by the Engineer, and the num%er of each set with the name of the purchaser will be recorded by the Engineer. Bids will be accepted only from the original purchaser or from some other qualified Bidder to whom such a set has been transferred by the original purchaser, providing that in the event of such transfer the Engineer shall receive from the orginal 1~urchasers, at least Forty-elght (48) hours prior to the scheduled hid opening writ- ten notice of such transfer, to- gether with the name of the party to whom the transfer has been made.
