Sundance Art Line and the City of
Sundance Summer Rec will Jointly
sponsor a dance workshop by
Dance Unlimited of Gillette on Aug.
3-6. Sheri 1Yeadwell Bard and
Donna Packard will conduct four
one-hour classes for each of three
age groups, culminating in a per-
formance in conjunction with the
Style Revue for interested partici-
pants on Friday evening, Aug. 6.
Dance classes will cost $20.00 and
will Include a t-shirt and the ex-
ercise class will cost $I0 (no t-
shirt).
Dance classes are open to par-
ticlpants of all ages. Ages 4-7 will
learn creaUve movement, coordi-
naUon, and fun dance routines.
Ages 8-11 will learn some acting,
along with dance in a hip-hop style.
Routines for this age are high en-
ergy and lots of fun.
Ages 12-teens will learn mulUple
routines with current music In the
style of Paula Abdul and Janet
Jackson. This class will teach dance
movements that enhance school
dance, cheerleading, etc.
A special 2-day teen-adult aero-
bic {cardJo-funk) workshop will be
offered Tuesday andThursdayonly
for one hour and fifteen minutes.
Participants in this group will learn
a complete exercise workout com-
bined with Yoga tretching and a
touch of basic Jazz dance move-
ment.
Classes will run at the following
times:
Ages 12-teen - 9-10 a.m.
Ages 8-11 - 10-11 a.m.
Ages 4-7- 1 1 a.m. 12 noon.
Ages teen/adult 5:15 p.m.-6:30
p.m.
Classes will be held at the SHS
auditorium

According to the latest report from
the Wyoming Department of Em-
ployment, Research and Planning
Division, Wyoming had a 5.2%
unemployment rate for May, 1993.
For the same month the national
unemployment was 6.7%.
Crook County had an unem-
ployment rate of 3.5% for May 1993
as compared to 3.3% for May 1992.
The statistics given for Crook
County on an annual basis show a
rate of 4.1% in 1990; 3.6% in 1991
and 4.2% in 1992.
