Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyo-
ming Air Quality Standards and Regu-
lations provides that prior to a final
determination on an application to
modify an existing source, opportu-
nity be given for public comment and/
or public hearing on the information
submitted by the owner or operator
and on the analysis underlying the
proposed approval or disapproval.
The regulation further requires that
such information be made available
in at least one location in the affected
air quality control region, and that the
public be allowed a period of thirty (30)
days in which to submit comments. A
public hearing will be conducted only
if in the opinion of the administrator
sufficient interest is generated or if an
aggrieved party so requests•
Notice is hereby given that the State
of Wyoming, Department of Environ-
mental Quality, Division of Air Qual-
ity, proposes to approve a request
by the following applicant to modify
an existing source in Crook County,
Wyoming.

sion to modify the Donkey Creek
Station with the installation of one (1)
72,000 bbl internal floating roof (IFR)
tank as Tank 8, removal of permit con-
dition 9 of permit MD-1390 requiring a
maximum crude oil Reid Vapor Pres-
sure (RVP) of less than 70 psia at the
facility, updating the tank configuration
at the facility, and limiting the annual
throughput of Tank 4 to 30,000 barrels
per year (bpy) The Donkey Creek Sta-
tion is located in the W1/2 of Section
5, T49N, R68W, approximately five
(5) miles west of Moorcrof% in Crook
County, Wyoming. A copy of the permit
application and the agency's analysis
is available for public inspection at
the Crook County Clerk's Office, Sun-
dance, wyoming. In accordance with
the Americans with Disabilities Act,
special assistance or alternate formats
will be made available upon request for
individuals with disabilities.

Aging Division is seeking nominations
to the Wyoming Aging Division Advi-
sory Council in District VI. District VI
includes Crook, Niobrara, and Weston
counties. Council members are ap-
pointed bythe Director of the Wyoming
Department of Health. Appointees to
the Advisory Council serve as a critical
link between the Aging Division and the
senior community regarding citizen's
concerns, senior project operations,
and the role of the citizen as it relates
