Present were Ed Scott, Consolidated Engineers, Joe Baron, County Attorney, Dan Island and Brad Ellis t made to Beulah Land Estates. Ed reported that all items seem to be completed with the exception of one should soon be done. He would like some time to review all the improvements submitted. Joe Baron did not feel that were needed, just to let the letter of credit lapse. Ed will review all items and a check for the final recording fees County Clerk's Office by Dan Island. Present were Dave Pieper, Beariodge Disaict Ranger, USDA Forest Sense, Mike Surber, Range Forest Service and Joe Baron, County Attorney. Discussion was held regarding the Sand Creek Gate County Road management of dust control. Dave reported that their legal staff is reviewing the Memorandum of Understanding. also held regarding fire ban resolutions that are needed due to the high fire danger in the area.
