Volunteer fire fighter meeting August 25 The Crook County Emergency Management office would like to re- mind all volunteer fire fighters that on Wednesday, August 25 at 7:00 p.m. there will be a meeting to sign up for the State Retirement plan at the Crook Count), Saloon. If you are interested but cannot make the meeting, contact Cherie Zube at the Emergency Management office, 307- 283-2390. All applications need to be in to Zube by August 26 so that the payment can be made to the state and the program started by September 1, 2004. During the meeting Zube will explain the re- quirements which must be followed to participate in the retirement plan. This meeting will also serve as a county fire meeting and will count as one of the six meetings fire fighters must attend annually to participate in the retirement plan.
