The City Com- missioner was instructed to look into this and arrange proper drainage. Fletcher and Robinson, En- gineer~ from Newcastle, Wyom- ing appeared and discussed the City water problems. They of- fered to make a thorough inves- tigation of water sources and a preliminary survey for the sum of $1200.00. It was moved by Councilman Crago, seconded by Councilman Habeck and unani- mously carried to hire this En- gineering firm to make a water survey and report of feasibility. It was moved by Councilman Crago, seconded by Councilman Habeck and unanimously carried to accept the bid of Wyoming Sheet Metal Company for $655 for the roof on the new city hall.
