ASSOCIATION, INC. After reading the misleading paid advertisement by the "Committee for Better Tri-County Electric Assn" which ap- peared in the last issue of The Sundance Times, as the Chairman of the Beard of Directors of your system, I would like to explain that a comprehensive wage scale study was made at the sug- gestion of REA and after a great amount of consideration by the board a motion was made by Clifford Schulze and seconded by Jack Pownall that the Supervisory Technical and Professional Group Wage and Salary Plan be approved, which motion was passed without a dissenting vote. The article of last week in- dicated that some of the members of the board did not approve this wage plan. This is simply not truel It was the feeling of the board that the wage plan as adopted was necessary in order to have competent personnel operate and manage your system. It should also be brought to your attention that under the old wage plan if the past manager would have remained he would now be receiving a higher salary than our present manager. Lest weeks article also gave the impression that capital credit checks would not be issued at the annual meeting. This also is simply not truel The members who are entitled to capital credit checks will receive them at the meeting. If you are not in attendance at the meeting you will shortly thereafter receive your check in the mail. Carl Mayer eel Boy 20 Oz. Loaves i y , CHLOROX ......... GIANT SIZE VEL ...... 12" x 25 Ft.
