TURKEY SEASONS AND LIMITS SET There will 'be an open season /or the hunting of ~wo thousand five hundred (2,500) wild turkeys, under special permits, from No- vember 1 ,through Noven~ber 30, 1967, in ,the Black Hills (Crook and Weston counties) area. Bag and possession limits in the Black Hills Wild Turkey Area .will be one wild turkey for the season. Check 1967 bird hunting orders /or area boundaries. There will ,be an open season /or the hunting OF five hundred d[ifty (550) wild gurkeys, under special permi, ts, from October 28 throuffh October 31, 1967, in ,the 3heridan-Johnson County Area ~vith the exception of the Story ~losed area. Check 1967 bird ,huntin,g orders for area boundar- ies. The limit for this area will be one ~rild .turkey for the sea- ~0n. There will ,be an open season ~or .the hunting of ewe hundred ~fffty (250) wild turkeys, under special permi.ts, from November 1 ,throttffh November 7, 1967, in all of Niobrara County; portions ~f Albany County; ,portions of Converse County; all of Goshen County north of the North -IXlatte ~River and ~ of Platte County, with the exception of a ,closed ar- ea one hatf mile wide on each side of Cottonwood Creek, begin- ruing at Interstate 25.,and extend- ing five .miles in an easterly direction down the creek. SECRETARY The Secretary shall be responsible for: (a) keeping .the minutes of the meeting ~ff the members and of the board in books provided for that purpose; ~b) seeing that all notices ar~ dttly given in accordance with these by-laws or as required by law; ~c) .the safekeeping of the corporate books and ,records and the seal of ~he Cooperative and affixing .the seal of the Cooperative to all certificates of membership privy to the issuance thereof, and to all doc- uments, the execution of which on be hal~ OF the Cooperative under i.ts seal is duly authorized in accordance wi~h the provisions of these by-laws. (d) keeping .a register of the names and post office addresses of all members; (e) signing, with the President, certificates of membership, the issue of which shall have been authorized by ghe board or the mem- bers; (D keeping on file at all times a complete copy of the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of the Cooperative containing all amend- ments .thereto (which copy shall always be open to the inspection of any member)and at the e)cpense of the Cooperative, furnishing a Located 1 mile east of Sundance on 585.
