Given in marriage by her fath-
er, the bride ,was attired in a
~hite silk and wool, two piece
dress .and jacket ensemble and a
,shoulder ~ength veil held ,by a
velvet box. Her flowers were
white rosebuds.
Mrs. Kenneth Glover, Sun-
dance, served her sister-in-law as
Ma,tron of Honor. Kenneth Glover
was best man.
Following ~he ceremony, a re-
ception was ,held in the Sehmidt
home with Mrs. Richard (Susan)
!Mohr of Phoenix, Arizona, sister
of the bride, eu,tting and serving
the three-tiered wedding cake
and Mrs. Sehmid~t pourirrg.

formed at 4 p.m. in M,t. Calvary
Lutheran Church in Sundance,
September 16. Pastor Richard
Schroeder, Deadwood, officia,ted
at ,the double-ring rites.
Church decorations included
altar bouquets of green and white
carnations. Miss Jane Ma,tson,
Spearfish, organist, :played lhe
traditional ,wedding marches.
Given in marriage by her fath-
er, the bride wore a whi,te knit,
street-length, shea,th dress and a
chapel veil held by a crown of

green and while carnations.
Miss Janet Roehrs, Defiance,
O'hio, sister of the bridegroom,
who was Maid of Honor, was at-
tired in a green, street-length
knit dress and carried a .bouquet
of green and white carna,tions.

A reception followed the cere-
mony in the Thiemann residence
wRh ladies of Mt. C~vary Luther-
eran Guild assisting under the
direction of Mrs. Carl Olson. A
~amily friend, Mrs. Bill Ziegler of
Sundance Air Force Sta,tion,
,poured. Cer~tering the serving
table was a ~chree,tiered wedding
cake decorated in the bride"s col-
,ors of green and ~hite and top-
ped with a ~bride and ,groom orna-
ment. Mrs. Madelyn Morris of
Spearfish .baked and decorated
the cake. Miss Pare Thiemann,
sister of the bride, registered
the guests vchile Miss Matson was
in charge of the ,gi~ts.
The couple, presently residing
~t ~che Circle S court in Sundanee,
~vil,1 leave next month on their
wedding trip ,¢o Defiance, Ohio
~here ~hey will visit redatives be-
fore Airman Roehrs is ,transferred
to Alaska. Mrs..Roehrs will re-
main in Sundance during her
husband's tour of du~y in Alaska.
The `bride ,graduated ~rom
Spearfish high school in 1966 and
attended ,Black Hills State College
the ~ast year.
The ,bridegroom is a graduate
of Jewel high *school in Defiance,
,Ohio and attended Ohio State Un-
iversity at Columbus, Ohio `before
entering the Air Force. He has
been stationed ~t Sund,ance AFS
~he past .two sears.
Those attending the wedding
were Airman ~oehrs' parents Mr.
and Mrs. Waiter Roehrs and his
sister Janet of Defiance, Ohio as
well as ,the ~.mmediate Thiemannn
family and close friends from
Spearfish and Sundance.
