Mollne, Chairman, Raymond L. Dennis and Major F. Miller, Members, Eva J. Willey, County Clerk and Perry Livingston. Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. Raymond moved to put the 2% Lodging Tax on the General Election Ballot due to the advise of the Secretary of State, Major seconnded the motion, all voted aye, motion carried. Major moved to send a letter of support to the Carter County, Montana Commissioners for reclassification of Montana Secondary Road #323, extension of Wyoming #I 12, Raymond seconded the motion, all voted aye, motion carried. Giselle Robinson and Gaydell Collier came in to discuss getting som gravel at the new library, also to discuss a bill for the heating system installed. Loretta Durfee came in to discuss a corner stone for the new library. She was informed to contact Earl Christensen. Ron Graf came in to discuss getting some gravel on the Pine Creek-Stoneville Road, he was informed that it would be checked into. Bids were opened for a mower and tractor, Raymond moved to accept the bid from Sundance Equipment for $33,900.00, Major seconded the motion all ayes, motion carried. 1:30 o'clock P.M. The hearing was held on the Vacation of the Whitney Road, Major moved to proceed to vacate the Road and hear objections on November 7, 1990 at 1:30 o'clock P.M. Raymond seconded the motion, all ayes, motion carried. David Dick gave a Hospital/Nursing Home report for the month. Tom Farver and Ron Watson came in to discuss a road Right of Way, it will be discussed with the County Attorney. Wednesday, October S, 1990 .All present, also Perry Livingston. Ron Pulse presented a rill for vehicle repair, he was told the insurance company should take care of it. Major moved to transfer $20,000.00 from the Cash Reserve Account to the Hospital for Operation of the Emergency Room as follows: Pursuant to Wyoming Statutes 16-4- I 12 notice is given that a Resolution has been proposed to transfer from the Cash Reserve Fund to the Hospital the amount of $20,000.00 for the operation of the Emergency Room. NOTICE is further given that a hearing of the Board of Crook County Commissioners of Crook County, Wyoming, will be held on November 7, 1990 at 9:30 o'clock A.M. to consider such proposed resolution. RELUTION WHEREAS It has come to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners of Crook County, Wyoming. that a certain water line easement between the Board of County Commissioners as Grantors, and Henry L. Nelman, d/b/a Hulett Post and Pole. Inc.. as Grantee. which was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk of Crook County, Wyoming in Book 276 of Photos at page 692, is an invalid conveyance of water rights and that said water line easement should therefore be vacated, and WHEREAS a permit is required from The State of Wyoming, Board of Water Control. in order to grant said water line easement across the Hulett Rodeo Grounds belonging to Crook County, Wyoming. WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners of Crook County, Wyuoming, is fully advised in the premises, it is therefor RESOLVED that the above-described water line easement be, and is, hereby VACATED. Kay and Wade Dungey came in to discuss a culvert on the road into Dungey's that needs work done on it, he was informed they would look for a small bridge to replace the culvert. Floyd Carr and Ulric Hawken appeared on behalf of the Decker-Roth Road, they gave their Viewers report, it will be continued to November 7, 1990 at 3:00 o'clock P.M. Allen Mills came in to see about getting an auto gate installed, he was informed to talk to Elvin about this. Major moved to accept the following tax cancellations as presented by Terry E.
