Lenz, Member Harold J. "Stormy" Bumh, Jr. and County Clerk Connie D. Tschetter. The minutes from the previous meetings were approved. County Sheriff Steve Stahla, County Treasurer Mary Kuhl, County Attorney Joe Baron and Clerk of Distd~ Court "13na Wood were present to go over items of interest within their departments. Paul Smith requested gravel on a portion of Rifle Pit County Road No. 108. The Board will take this into consk:ler- alien. The following monthly collections were collected: County Sheriff $ 20,648.16 County Clerk $ 7,548.75 Clerk of District Court $ 2,332.18 Public Health $ 1,114.03 Circuit Court $22,669.66 Dixie German, Crook County Rodeo Queen Committee, discussed issues and concems with the Crook County Rodeo Queen Committee. Adjourned for lunch at 12:30 o'clock p.m. 1:20 o'clock p.m. Present were Chairman Floyd Canfield, Vioe-Chairman Steve J. Lenz, Member Harold J. "Stormy" Burch, Jr. and County Clerk Connie D. Tschetter. Ed Scott, County Contract Engineer, reviewed deeds and minor subdivision applications received. Also present were Joe Baron, County Attorney, Tim Lyons, Deputy County Assessor/Rural Addressing Coordinator, Cecil Cundy, Attorney, Tony Swanda and Julia Swanda. Discussion was held on Sundance View Estates Subdivision. The Expedition Estates Subdivision final haanng was held from 1:20 o'clock p.m. to 2:00 o'clock p.m. The County Clark received verbal notice on October 1,2004 from the developer's engineer to take the hearing off the agenda. No action was taken since the final mylar plat was not presented. The Board continued the hearing to 1:00 o'clock p.m. on October 6, 2004 and the County Attomey will notify the developer to submit a written request on further action. Stormy moved to rescind all prior motions on Kokesh Minor Subdivision and to accept the Withdrawal of Application for Subdivision Permit. Steve seconded, all ayes, motion carded. Lanz, Member Butch, Jr. and County Clerk Connie D. Tschetter. Deug Ramsay, Sundance St. Engineer, Wyoming Department of Transportation, gave an update on bridge projects. Jon Llanemann, Rip Hawkins and Ralph Goodeon, Members and Linda Tokarczyk, Contract Consultant, County Land Use Planning and Zoning Commission (CCLUP&ZC), Jim Gale, District Member, tel Resource District and Joe Slattery, Council Member, Town of Pine Haven were present. Discussion two applications received to fill the vacancy on the CCLUP&ZC. The two applicanls wine Randy Gantz Sieveke. Mr. Slattery informed the Board that he supports Robed Sieveke to been b"mCCLXJP&ZC ~,omeone on the Commission from that area of the County. The CCLUP&ZC will invite both applicants to meeting. Concerns were discussed on the proposed Forest Servk~e Amendment Phase II DEIS that candidate Resource Natural Areas (RNA) in Crook County. A monthly report was given. Linda also gave an t on the Black Hills National Forest Advisory Board. Amanda Speidel, Road and Bridge Secretary, requested the Boards input and sUppo~ to apply for RAC continue maintenance and meg water for Upper Redwater County Road No. 114 and Blacktail Count1 Discussion was held on RAC projects. The Board discussed the proposed Wyoming Business Council grant for Sundance Systems, - Inc. with Kammerer, Sundance Systems, Inc. Jerry will submit a letter to the Board informing them Ihat he no County to pursue the grant with the Wyoming Business Council.
