final account and petition for dis-
tribution of said estate, where any-
one interested may examine such
account and petition and file ob-
jections thereto in writing at any
time before the 2nd day of De-
cember, 1952, and if no objections
are filed thereto he will make final
settlement of said estate on the
3rd day of December, 1952, or as
soon thereafter as the matter may
be heard.

Notice is hereby given that un-
der the provisions of section 2455,
R. S., as amended by section 14
of the act of June 28, 1934 (48
Stat., 1274), and pursuant to the
application of Hugh N. Kokesh,
Sundance, Wyoming, Serial No.
W-014970, there will be offered,
to the highest bidder, but at not
less than $6.00 per acre, at a pub-
lic sa~e to be held at 1O:00 o'clock
a.m., on the 15th day of December
next, at this office, the following
tracts of land:

R. 62 W., 6th P.M., Wyoming,
containing 40 acres.
The Bureau of Land Manage-
ment has not searched the county
records to ascertain the existence
of any adverse claims.
Bids may be made by the prin-
cipal or his agent, either person-
ally at the sale or by mail.
Bids sent by mail will be consid-
ered only if received at this office
prior to the hour fixed for the
sale. These bids must be accompa-
nied by certified checks or post-

The person making the highest
bid will be required to pay im-
mediately the amount thereof.
Any persons claiming adversely
the above-described land are advis-
ed to file their claims, or objec-
tions, on or before the time desig-
nated for sale.
Any person entitled to claim a
preference right under the first
proviso to said section 14 as an
owner of contiguous land must as-
sert his claim within 30 days from
the date of public offering and
conditional sale to the highest bid-
der and at the expiration of said
preference right period, if no such
right has been asserted, the high-
est bidder will be declared the
purchaser of the land.

R. White has remained and is the
owner and holder of said certificate
of purchase.
You are further notiifed that
the time for redemption from the
tax sale aforesaid expired on Sep-
tember 28, 1952, but that you may
redeem therefrom at any time pri-
or to the taking of tax deed by
